Today was intended to be frantically busy, but it turned out that my duties at the community centre were in fact limited to saying, yes that's nice, ten copies please, waiting for said copies and going home once more. Hardly worth the effort really when it could all have been done by email. So I got to spend an hour or so at home before heading down to the big smoke to get the dog's stitches out. Decided to make it an errand run so collected my latest lotto ticket, some groceries and fabric and such like and came home via the vet in plenty of time to get the ute unloaded before dark. It seems we had a few more dribbles of rain today - at least it seems to be filling the tank, albeit slowly. The dew line on the side of the tank is now about 3/4 of the way from the bottom. Eating the last of the oxtail stew for dinner tonight - will have to cook something else for tomorrow night ... Now I wonder what it will be?
