Grey and rainy all day (and thank goodness for the rain) so apart from a brief moment of excitement when I scored yet another free sample (listerine today) I spent a lot of the day dozing by the fire. Smidgen demanded a chance to go outside and he must have really needed to go cos he wandered out into the rain and was not seen for several hours later when he emerged from the small shed down the back yard - dripping wet - so no idea where he had been. Now all dry and comatose in front of the fire with the rest of us.
